Tibet overland tour is the most fascinating tour package to experience and explore the rich culture and typical landscape of the mystery land of Tibet. Tibet overland tour starts from the Kathmandu itself where you will have a day sightseeing on visiting famous palaces sites and temples. From Kathmandu we take a flight to Lhasa. In Lhasa we will visit many places like Potala palace, Jokhang temple, Barkhot Market, Drepung monastery and many more religious and social sites. Potala palace is religious and traditional nexus of the traditional Tibet built by the Songtsen Gampo in 637. After visiting all these places in Lhasa we will move to Gyantse where in route we will drive crossing the colorful Yamdrok Lake and high passes like Kambala Pass at 4,794 m and Karola Pass at 5,010m. In Gyantse we will visit the artistic piece Kumbum Stupa and Phalkor Monastery. From Gyantse we will move to the capital city of Tsang the Shigatse (3810m.) where we will visit Tashilunpo monastery. Shigatse is the second largest town in Tibet and the monastery is the sixth grand monastery. We will then move to Shegar passing the Gyatsola pass (5,220 m.). From Shegar we will drive 100km for 4 hours to reach the Everest Base Camp (5200m). From the Base Camp you can view the most spectacular mountain view of the Mt. Everest. Here overnight we will stay in Rongbuck monastery and on the very next day we will drive to Zhangmu crossing some high passes and enjoying the panoramic mountain views of the towering mountains. Zhangmu is our last destination from here we will drive to Kodari a Nepal-Tibet border and finally to Kathmandu.

Day 01:  Take a Flight to Kathmandu (Nepal).

Our representative will receive you and transfer you to hotel. Overnight in 3 star hotel.

Day 02: Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu. Overnight in 3 star hotel. (B)

Day 03: We take a Flight from Kathmandu to Lhasa.

Early in the morning we will take a flight to Tibet and on arrival at Gonggar Airport our representative in Tibet will receive you and transfer you to hotel in Lhasa. Overnight in 3 star hotel.

Day 04: Today we will spend whole Day visiting places in Lhasa. In Lhasa we will visit many places like Potala palace, Jokhang temple, Barkhot Market and many more religious and social sites. Overnight in 3 star hotel.

Day 05: Today is our last Day in Lhasa where we will visit famous Drepung monastery residence of 2nd, 3rd and 4th Dalai Lama built in 1416. Overnight in 3 star hotel. 

Day 06: Today we will drive from Lhasa to Gyantse crossing beautiful and colorful Yamdrok Tso Overnight in 2 star hotels.

Day 07: Today we will drive from Gyantse to Shigatse. Overnight in 3 star hotel.

Day 08: we will drive 240 km from Shigatse to reach Shegar "new Tringri". Overnight in simple guesthouse.

Day 09: From Shegar we will take a drive for 4 hours to reach Mt. Everest Base Camp. Overnight at Simple Rongbuck monastery Guesthouse

Day 10: Today we will take a drive for nine hours to reach Zhangmu via Tringri. Overnight in Guesthouse.

Day 11:  From Zhangmu we will drive back to Kathmandu via Kodari. Overnight in 3 star hotel.

Day 12: Departure from Kathmandu.
